Corporate Recruiter / Trainer

Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Corporate Sales, the Corporate Recruiter/ Trainer shall be responsible for performing the initial screening of all job applicants for all positions in all offices and divisions throughout the company. Likewise, the Corporate Recruiter/Trainer shall also be responsible for implementing full life cycle recruitment processes for all positions. In addition, the position will require the individual to develop and administer sales training programs and new hire orientation for the company. Long Fence is currently seeking to fill a Full Time position in our Commercial Collection Division at our Odenton, MD Office.  Applicants must have a minimum of  2 years experience in collections. Qualified applicants should be well organized, familiar with lien releases & AIA document., tracking retentions and all other aspects of collections. A background in the construction industry a plus.
